Springs for Bilstein/Koni's

What would be good springs for a very aggresive street/autox with the Bilstein/Koni's

I would use a 500 or 600lb coilover spring in the front. I currently use 500# but mine is both a autocross car and my daily driver. I would also use the Koni with those.
