For all you know this could be a show car. Are you really gonna go to a show and have 16'' rims? I say go for it should look good.

20's aren't going to look right on it though :o

I'm not saying he has to stick with 16's... I'm just saying 20's are pretty outragous... maybe 18's

I saw a 4th gen with some 18" IROC rims the other day and i was suprised how much i liked them.

IMO 18's are great 19's are perfect 20's are getting a little big. But it depends on the application as well.

Go for it. Its your car.

Try going with the 18's like mentioned before. 20's is a little ghetto unless that is the look you are looking for.

if u think 19's are perfect and 20's are outragious, something is wrong with you. the difference in size can barley be noticed from 10 feet away. im not trying to cut down ur intelligance or flame you but the radius of the wheel is only half an inch bigger so its not gonna look like that big of a difference. i just dont know why people hate 20's so much but 19's are perfect.

back to the main topic, if u get good looking rims theres nothing wrong with 20''s besides their weight. chucks car is bad ass with the aero's. it just depends on the rims. i've seen the 20 in irocs in pics, and i thought they look good. as long as you dont get some ugly 20's u should be alright.

sorry if i offended anyone.

God, where do you people live? In tha booneys or sum? Every thread about 20 inch rims and I see these comments that are so outdated it's ridiculous!!! Yea 18's look nice on a 3rd gen but it depends on what your going for, show or go. I see nothing wrong with dubz on a 3rd or 4th gen camaro or bird or stang for that matter. I see 20's and better every five minutes in Atlanta and rarely see the same car. I already have comp. from a few guys with 4th gens on 20's that live in my neighborhood!!. It's just like "camaroism" asked me the other day. Dont all americans hook up thier camaros with imagination. I was ashamed to tell him that most f-body owners stick to the same mods and are scared to try something different (dont get mad, it's true!!). It's 2004 and you guys are still debating about 20's or not, while dudes are already doin it.

Now to each his own, but it seems like some of you are listening to your lil buddies in the hood, instead of being original. My 2000 camaro page has over 20 4th gens on dubz (page 6) and I find another one almost every other day. So do you really think people are not feelin dubz? Hell, I even argued with myself over the same thing, but what did I go do? Bought $4k Lowenharts for my 2000 and I can still stand a 1 inch drop.

So I guess some of you can stay in the 80's with gold mirror tint, boatflake paint jobs, 17 inch TT's, and get some leopard print seat covers to go with your 13 inch chain steering wheel. While I carbon fiber every plastic part in my interior (myself), have my lambo doors installed, throw on my dubz, and blueprint my twin HKS turbo set-up.

You guys might a s well just get some old 1988 centerline's or MOMO 5 stars and cruise with grandpa. Catch me at nopi 2004 breakin necks!!!

BTW all my partnaz that ride 20's or better still run 13's and better and can blow up the skinny's with 1 lockdown!!!
