help me install window motor

anybody in here would like to help a newbie install a window motor, some nice people gave me the instructions, but i never mess with car before and taking out the rivets just make it seem hard to me, the dealer probably charge crazy, and i checked autozone and its for 54 dollars each...

anyways, my window is crazy! when i first get in the car it will work fine and stop halfway and have to wait ten seconds and half an inch and wait another ten seconds and another half an inch and so fort... this is the motor right?

if you live in IL and would like to assist me... PLEASE HELP!...
I just bought this Z three days ago and already running into some problems...1994 Z28 with 75K. thanks

Its not hard to do. You arent going to need help doing it. You will need a small mirror(with a handle), a small punch and a grinder(dremel works)Take the panel off the door, unplug the motor, and grind the rivets off. MAKE SURE YOU GRIND THE RIGHT RIVETS. Then use the punch to knock out the rivets.

then slide in the new one, and use bolts to hold it in.
