time to flush the radiator?

i checked my coolant the other day and well it was pretty nasty (really gunky) making me believe its time to flush her out. my question is how much dexcool would i need. thanks

a mixture of 50% distilled water, and 50% of the dex-cool coolant.

i would buy two jugs of coolant (dont know the word at this moment)... you know what i mean though. That and two gallons of DISTILLEd water. Should be enough, if you are only doing the radiator.

Heck the radiator only holds about a gallon.
Don't any of you guys have owners manuals? Look up specifications and capacities. It tells how much of everything goes in every hole.

After draining the radiator, changing out the hoses (you are gonna change out the hoses after going to all this trouble aren't you?) and removing and cleaning the overflow tank, 1 gallon of Dexcool and 1 gallon of distilled water should be sufficient.
