Except for the loud whine and the bad tune, it works pretty good. As soon as I throw in some new O2's and spark plugs I'm going back to the dyno for a good tune. Or so I hope. :)

wife's got the Red SS convertible in town,

kid's got the purple 93 Z with the huge white bowtie in the back window. she works with Cindy at L&D tranny, Cindy has the white 02 SS with full SLP (lid, filter, longtubes, LM, LCA, PHR)

our neighbor has a tubbed BB ~85 Z28 that he runs at PecanPark. basically a drag car that he got tags on somehow.

as for really bad, the only cars I know of are a guy CJ and his buddy from Yulee, both around 500rwhp last summer, LT1 Z & TA, Supercharged, 4 inch mufflex, think they both had 315's on the back.

What kind of work are you looking to have done hambone?

I am looking to get my heads port and polished and replace all components ie rockers, lifters, springs, pushrods, valves. I have a lt4 hot cam that will need to be installed. Also would like the bottom end rebuilt bore out .030, with forged pistons and refurb the connecting rods. I think thats about it. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

My build starts as soon as my block arrives. My heads showed up today and should be going to the porter in the next few weeks. My rotating assembly is nearly paid for. It's gonna be fun. :)

Nothin' really special about mine but I live in jax. Anyone here know where Crystal Springs is? You'll see my SS drivin' around here a lot. Look for the billet grille. :D

Yup. Drive near Crystal Springs almost everyday. Usually down I-10 to Chaffee Rd. I'll keep an eye out. ;) Now I'm gonna honk at every black SS with a billet grill I see going down Chaffee. :D

Well got some doe to get my car painted... have any recomendations of good quality low on price people to do the job in jax? Have someone up here that can do it for around $2500 trying to see if anyone can beat that. Thanks.

Do you have an SS hood on it? I'm not sure if I know which one you are. I usually see a lot of camaros as I'm headed to work. There's one that I see almost every day, red with an ss hood, and it used to always rev up as I passed it. Just checking. By the way it dynoed at 301rwhp and 314 torque. Not bad for an SS with exhaust and TB.
