plus, i'm tired of dragging young guys (off my boat) out of jail, or kicking them out of the Navy for drugs & alcohol.

had one guy in ICU for months after a ~120mph wreck on I-95 (in a honda)

don't be f*n stupid. if you drink, CALL SOMEONE, don't drive.

the cops usually let me take the guy home, and my wife can take his car. so no DUI, no jail, no fines, and no car getting impounded and costing ~$300 to get out.
