I believe I heard next event is Jan 3rd? Webiste is still all stuff form last year...
I have yet to lose total control of this car yet and I woudl prefer the 1st couple times to be in controled conditions :)
Besides who can deny this pic I dug up of my old 3.4L :)

Yes the next event is January 3rd at the Tavares facility. The directions are on the martinsportscarclub.com web site. Look forward to seeing what the 3.8L can do.:)

Probably be floppy has hell and show lots of body roll....
I miss my suspension mods :( though they were few, they made the car feel different...
besides will be fun to watch me take hard right turns and have the left rear hopping and the left rear sticking...

hey whats the rule on rims and tires in stock class?
what if I say had 17X9s on the car instead of 16X8s?

Those wheels would bump you to prepared so I think I would stick with the 16x8's.

Anyone else coming?
I pushed the car some in 1st and 2nd gear tonight in a parking lot... has more body roll but seems to stick a little beter then the old 3.4L in tight quick turns.
also think it might be easier to take turnpike to 461, then just take that north then the route listed on the website?

I'm sure Chuck & Jim will be there and a friend of mine should show up with a 94 Z28 Vert. There is one problem with the directions on the site. It tells you to take a slight left on to CR-448 when in fact it is a right when you come to a stop sign. There is no slight left any where.

Cool! Great to see a big F Body turnout again. And as far as the turnpike goes... It's really not a bad drive to take 441 through the sticks to get there. Just don't go through Leesburg like I used to. If you take SR46 turn left onto 441. A couple miles up you turn right. A few miles later you make another right. A couple miles later you make a left and you're there. Super easy. Never any traffic. Nice scenery. takes about an hour from Winter Springs driving slow.
You'll have to choose how to hit 441 though. From UCF I'd take the greenway through Sanford to SR46. It'll cost a couple bucks in tolls though. But it'll take longer to get to the turnpike and cost around the same in tolls.

I think the shifters are the same, I am not 100% positive yet...
As for the sway bars I might be interested in the rear one in the futre but as for now, I am staying stock, and gotta stop buying toys for now, I am already up ot $750 in crap for my car, and I am going to need tires soon, and I got insurance coming up in June.
Wish I had a need to go back down south... my dad just picked up a 01 6-speed Vette Targa top, I need to take that fecker out!
