Suggest a sub for this box...bad93z 12-29-2003, 09:58 PM I just bought a subthump stealthbox (drivers side)and was looking for suggestions of what you guys think would be a good 10" sub to install into it. thanks Clint skmoore21 12-29-2003, 10:23 PM I think the Alpine Type R would be a good sub. They are made for small enclosures. Have to get some power though to run it. :) Steven bad93z 12-30-2003, 09:58 PM cool, thanks LS1 RULZ 12-30-2003, 10:06 PM I like the Alpine Type-S better. It costs less and has more cone area. I've never really seen the pont in these long excursion subs that sacrifice so much cone area to allow for the oversized surrounds. Whats the point in having a 10" sub when it has the cone area of an 8"? If you had a wall of Type-Rs I could see that but for a setup that is using a sngle 10" sub I think the larger cone area is more important than having the extra cone excursion. rthompson 12-30-2003, 11:27 PM Elemental Designs Kx series.... | ||
