i just bought a 71 rs camaro i have a 96 lt-1 with wiring harness i want to put in the car i want to go with a turbo 350 do i have to change the flexplate to do this i also need a computer where can i get one how do i wire it up what kind of fuel system do i need

You can get the flywheel (flexplate) from Jegs. Just order one for a small block/ TH350 . Make sure it is zero balanced because an LT1 is internally balanced. You can find computers at salvage yards. I would definately get a 1995 one though to stay OBD1. Let me know if you have any questions. I put a TH400 in mine.

The auto flexplates for LT1's have a counter weight, actually.
And you will need one to fit your crank, be it one piece or 2 piece rear main.

Oh yes...you are absolutely correct.....but I had to get mine balanced to match my stock one.

Exactly! The ones available are actually a little heavy, since the LT1 crank has lighter throws than the older model 350. But I have an off the shelf one on my LT1, and it doesn't shake rattle and roll. And I have solid mounts.
But you have a stroker, so it is all out the window!! :cool:
