32 mm front bar and stock rear bar with poly bushings/endlinks...

Is that a good combinaton? I got a guy here local that wants to sell me poly bushings and poly endlinks for the stock rear swaybar. Is it better to upgrade to a 21? I have heard the 32/stock is a good combo too. What are the differences???

maybe im missing something. are you wanting to get a 32mm front sway bar and not upgrade the rear? cause your car already has a 32mm front bar. the rear should be 19. i traded my 32 for a 35 solid bar and really liked it. i have the stock 19 out back, but i have pro kit springs on my car.

as far as just wanting to upgrade the rear sway bar bushing, im dont know. i wouldnt think it would really help any, nothing really noticable anyway.

if it werent for that fact that i autox this car and simply wanted the most i would have kept the 32/19 combo. it handled good with that bar on the front, but it handles even better with the 35 now. Trey

The stock front bar is not 32... it is 29 or 30 if I remember correctly. I also have read that it is better to have a larger front bar than a rear (proportion compared to stock) in some cases.. It was supposed to make the handling better for an autocross type of car but I'm more into drag racing. People always told me to upgrade the front then if I needed it, the rear.

thats odd. mine was a 32 and i was under the impression that all WS6 cars had a 32mm up front. im gonna look at mine again just to make sure.

but yes you are correct change the front one first then see how the car reacts. a bigger rear bar could cause the back end to come around easier.

if you are not interested in autox then i wouldnt go any bigger than a hollow 32. anything solid or bigger will not help your drag times. especially your launch.

i got the 32mm hollow 1LE F sway bar from SLP, put on prothane bushings front and rear (stock 19mm). i think rubber bushings would have been better in the rear, though. any way to reduce bind or stiffness back there is better. felt a bit better than stock, but not a big diff

then i drove a car w/ the 35mm solid F sway bar... that was a big diff
