Can I change my 1st gear ratio in my 700r4?

Is it possible to change my 1st gear ratio to like 2.75 similar to a 2004r??

There are no after market gear ratio changes for the 700R4/4L60E. If you use the right torque converter, you can hide the big rpm drop on the 1-2 shift.

There is nothing interchangable between the 2004R & the 700R4/4L60E.

How is changing gear ratio's accomplished in automatic transmissions, swapping the entire Planetary set???
