Went to the dyno today and was extremely disappointed.BUT the real kick in the scrotum was when the cop from Live Oak popped me for doing 80 in a 65 zone. I wonder
if the judge will cut me any slack if I show him my AARP membership card? Oh well, first speeding ticket in 10 years.

I just got back from Team Extreme, talking to Michael (mmannSS) and saw his father's 02 'Hawk dyno. It put down 309HP/317TQ bone stock (including SLP D/D and SLP airbox/lid). He said alot of guys were disappointed today, many problems. Something like Ben only put down 350HP with the S2 Heads/TR cam and Pedro got around 360 with his heads/cam setup. AHART383Z28 put down 383HP, how's that for motor efficiency. http://web.camaross.com/bb/tongue.gif
I'd have to say today is a bad day to dyno because of this godawful heat and humidity. Who knows.

On the way home(before I got the ticket)my wife said she wanted to dyno her 01 Formula next time.If she does I hope her numbers are worse than mine or she'll be razzin' me about it forever.I did find out that I've got something wrong in the rear end or my wheel is screwed up.
Next time I'm going to bring my 300mph leaf blower and see if the FTRA actually makes a difference.
If enough people are intrested we could probable set something up on a regular basis.Maybe like every 3 or 4 months or so have a dyno day.

First off, I want to thank warbird51 for organizing the dyno day. I think there would be no problem finding a few guys every couple months to go dyno. I think everyone was kinda disappointed with the results that day. But, after seeing the h/c Camaro SS pull off close to 500 RWHP on the juice, I'm thinking that might just be my next mod http://web.camaross.com/bb/wink.gif

Unfortunatly I didn't make it this time. Hopefully next time though. Nitrous is the way to go for easy HP. I dynoed last time at 459 RWHP and 534 RWTQ, running a 150 shot, plugs gapped too wide. I am internally stock, only a few bolt-ons. Deffinitly does what it's supposed to.
