No cats?

Is it illegal to take off your cat converters in San Antonio? (Texas) Also, I've heard that clearance sucks on Hooker LT's, anyone in S.A. have them. This car is my daily driver and anyone who lives in San Antonio knows that the streets are ****in' raggedy and will **** up your ground effects if you drive too fast on them.

It's illegal to take your cats off anywhere, but you can probably get away with it if you don't have emissions testing.
