I am setting up the camaro's suspension for next season. I am considering one of the spohn torque arms but can't decide between the tranny mounted or the crossbrace mounted version. Are there going to be any big gains to be had between these at the track?
Also, wolfe has a 20% off sale and i like their drag race rear swaybar. They say it is a streetable piece. Is this true? Also, what kind of gains can i expect i to see with this bar realisticly?
I really need to get my 60' times to a respectable level. 2.2 is not cutting it! :)

how fast is your car? or how fast would you like to go?
as for TQ arms I would stay away from any tranny mount arms. They put A LOT of stress on your tailshaft. BMR dosent recomend theirs for cars faster then 11.0
as for the BIG ol rear sway bar. Thats a nice piece and will help you launch straight. unless your yanking the front tires it probably isnt neccesary yet.

Well, its gonna run mid 12's at 5800', possibly an 11's second pass on the bottle but not all the time. I really don't know how its gonna react yet.

Go with the body mounted t/a and the sway bar. Also get a set of drag struts and shocks. And take off the front sway bar as well.

The body mounted version will always be better. Spohn's arm will work fine. The HD version does hang a little low and can hit the ground.
Wolfe's rear bar is da ****. They're really not supposed to be driven on the street, but you can do it. Any sort of twisting (going up driveways at an angle, speed bumps, etc) isn't good for them though.
