By the way I am building I in the back apartmetn 103.
If you look across the lake across form the office you will see a bunch of cars under car covers, they were my old nieghbors, they are into all kinds of cars but pretty much third gens, they have pretty much every tool you could ever need. I know last year one of them had an engine hoist in there living room.

lol
i've got a basic tool set, but beyond that pretty much thats it... and a fuel line disconnect tool from when i did the intake leak fix http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif
i'm in building B apartment 210. my real name is Scot. i'll be over there probably in an hour or two to drop off some stuff, and tomarrow i'll move the rest of the crap i have to move and actually "move in". traffic from the oviedo marketplace mall (where i am now) to the apartment is HORRIBLE at this time of the day.

also, what is this place's policy on working on your car? i'm pretty sure big stuff is a no no but what about little stuff, like screwing around with filters or ripping off a throttle body or changing an altinator? that kind of stuff. i see these guys going around in golf carts, are they to be avoided?
i ask because i think i need to clean my IAC and my MAF and as i'm ripping the TB off i don't need someone comming by bitching about how your not suppose to work on your car.

I am not sure, but I have swapped my swaybars, painted my bike, replaced valve cover gasket on girlfriend's car, plugs wires, and changed oil a bunch of times no complaints.
And really the guys I was talking about have done motor swaps in hte parking lost so I do not think it is too bad.
I have alot of socket wrenches, 4 jackstands, hydraulic jack, big breaker bar, some specialty tools, like an 02 sensor socket. And I got an cheapo arc welder form walmart, I am going to try it out on my other exhasut setup once I get time but hell I do nto even have time to move crap into my apartment. I have only met one roomate and haven't moved a thing in.
fuel line disconnect tool...
I could have used one of those when I took off my upper intake, ehh, I jsut left connnected to the fuel rails, wrapped it in some bags and put it off to the side.

hey is the internet here always this slow? my cable modem at home was soooo much faster than this LAN they have set up. why do i have the feeling they're forcing all the residents here through a pipe to the internet smaller than a straw...
what sucks even more is that I can't even host my own webpage anymore http://web.camaross.com/bb/frown.gif
might try to get the other 2 room mates to chip in for a cable modem
