Jet Hot LT1 GP(w/&w/out emission tubes)

Jet Hot is now running a GP for the Jet hot LT1 headers with and without the emission tubes. The headers are simular to the popular Hooker LT1 headers ,but with a better design. The headers are:

* 16 gauge metal
* 3/8" flange thickness
* mandrel bent tubes and clean welds(no slag)
* the flange at the header is welded on both sides and has a smooth matting surface for better sealing
* The O2 bungs are welded into the collectors on all headers
* you have the option of with or without the emission tubes for the 93-97 Lt1 camaro/firebird
* headers are 1 3/4x3" collector with a 3 bolt flange at the end
* comes with the bolts and gaskets

The price of the headers,fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish , is ***$499***+s&h to the door.

You get the lifetime corrosion warranty and the 3 yr finish warranty.

You can pay all at once or by 2 payments (still the sam price).

If you need a Y pipe, I can offer the Hooker off road Y pipe,fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish, for ***$228***+s&h to the door.

When you say $499 + S&H to the door...it's $499 + S&H right? $499 isn't the "to the door price"...or is it?

It is the same price with or without the emission tubes.

The total would be $499+s&h to the door(the shipping & handling would run $25 within the U.S.)

I got mine ( i live in phx where a plant is so shipping was extra fast)

They look great! little burs here and there take 1/2 second to dremel off.

but they look fantastic! I will be installing on the 6th ( I hope )

just a warning for people in Arizona, you will be charged Sales tax ( I didn't realize there was a jet-hot plant here until Chris told me) so look out for that extra 40 bucks in tax.

As far as i know those headers would not fit my 3rd gen, with a LT1 inside because they are made for the car, correct? would/could i get the same prices? I'm guessing from the posts above you do not have Long tube headers?

I assume you want long tube header for the 82-92 Camaro/Firebird. I can offer the Hooker super competition headers. These are long tube headers with 1 3/4x3" collectors. what ever happened to getting us a y-pipe? Its just that you guys said youd have one last summer and its winter now and we still dont have any answers about a y-pipe. The reason people want it is because you guys have great quality and we dont want a mufflex or hooker

Your right, we have stated a long time ago about making a Y pipe for the Jet Hot LT1 headers. I have been chasing this for awhile now. It took some time to make the LS1 Y pipe (with and without the cats). We do not have a large plant for manufacturing and we have been over run with demand for the LT1 & Ls1 headers and the Ls1 Y pipe. I wish I could offer a time line, but I can't. I have shown several emails to upper managment about this subject. I was informed that we will be proceeding with the LT1 Y pipe, but it will have to wait until all orders are filled. I'm sorry for the very long delay.

Sorry, JetHot doesn't have a LT1 Y pipe to offer. The Jet Hot LS1 Y pipe would not fit with the LT1 set up.

I was wondering if your company at Jet hot has also thought about making the y pipe so we could run one or two of the electric cut outs on them. I know QTP has a hooker setup that utalizes two cut outs but its for the LS1 cars. Do you happen to have a date as to when the next group purchase will take place. Will it be this month or March. thanks

I have been out the office a few days. I have read your questions about a new GP. I have a limited number of JetHot LT1 headers in stock right now. There looks to be a few people who would like the headers right now. I will offer to run a GP starting today(2/17/04) till Friday (2/27/04). I can't garrentee to ship all the headers the following day. Once I run out, it will be about 2-3 months before I have more in stock. We are selling the LT1 and LS1 header too fast and can't keep out with the pace. So it will be first come, first served. I will be willing to take names and addresses once I run out. The GP will be as follows:

93-97 Jet Hot long tube LT1 headers ,fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish, for $499+s&h

94-97 Jet Hot long tube LT1 headers with the emission tube design,fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish,for $499+s&h.

Both headers come with the O2 bungs welded into the collectors. The headers are simular to the popular Hooker super competition headers but with thicker tubes (16 gauge vs 18 gauge) and thicker flanges at the head (3/8" thick vs 5/16" thick). The headers are preped before coating, there is not slag or bend marks. The flange that bolts to the head has been welded on both sides and has a smooth matting surface.

If you need the O2 ext wires, we will offer then at $18 each.

The 97 cars will need the male to male fitting on the headers with teh emission tubes. This will add $15 to the total price.

We can offer the Hooker off road Y pipe with these headers. The price of the Hooker off road Y pipe, fully coated in&out with the Jet Hot sterling silver finish,is $212+s&h.

DANGIT....i was looking forward to ordering the emission ones tomorow.How long do you think it will be until they are available again?

Ordered my non-emissions ones yesterday. Kinda decided to keep the car!

I know this is still going on, but do you know when you may be offering this again? I don't get my tax returns back until early March and I'm looking at the LT's (no emissions) and the Y-Pipe. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a question for Chris. If I get the Jet Hot's with emissions and I decide down the road to remove any part of the emissions (EGR or AIR), can I just plug up the holes on the header with bolts or something or do I have to decide wether I'll have emissions or not before ordering? Thank you.

There is a small plate at the end of the tube to bolt the emission tubes to it. You would need to fabricate a plate and just bolt it to the end of the tube.
