I have some bare polished aluminum wheels, and I want to keep them looking the best that I possibly can.
I have red about this Flitz in Eastwood, and it seems like a pretty good solution. Anyone used it or know of something better?
Now, bear in mind - these wheels are already polished - so this is just maintenence that I am talking about. I'm not pulling out the Sand Paper, Tripoli, and White Rouge on these things.

Probably not worth ordering and paying shipping, many things you can buy at the store, Blue Magic is at WalMart and Mother's Billet polish is excellent.

Well, I've got some of both of those - and they are great, but I was wanting something greater. I mean, this stuff has two different formula's, and it's own polishing ball - it seems kind of like a system for wheels. Plus Eastwood runs specials that make it worth it to me.
Anyone have any first hand experience?

I have used Flitz and its very similar to semi chrome polish, the Mother's Billet (I am talking about the NEW Mothers product, not the old Mother's Mag and Alum polish of old) if far superior product to me.

OK - that's what I will try - I have seen the Mothers "BILLET" polish, but I actually figured it was the same as the other kind.
Do you think that the buffing ball that they sell with the Flitz is worth the $8 or whatever it costs? (I buy from Eastwood often - so shipping doesn't really concern me).
Is there any particular method that you have found that works the best?

I just polish my billet wheels by hand, all my wheels are like new, I never saw a need for a machine or buffing ball, I would think that is more for problem finish wheels.
