How much are the el-glow overlays and do you have to remove the needles to install them?

Do you have any reverse glows for us LT1 folks? I have seen a few on other sites and they are reverse glow but they have this huge lit section around the needles that I can't stand. I would prefer reverse glows like the LS1 style is, as in only the numbers light up, that's it.
