All 88 GTA's have VATS?

Did all GTA's In 1988 come with VATS?

not sure, I think VATS went into wide use in 89.

My friends 88 GTA doesn't have VATS so I am going to say no, not all of them had VATS.

My friend with the 88 GTA has the Firebird book covering all the years from 67-02 and it says that in 88, the GTA's had the PASSKEY vahicle anti-theft system, but his doesn't have it, so you can't always go by what's written.
