Air Filter....um, filter?

In my '01, where does that little adapter go for the Air FIlter what I had to buy for the whisper lid?

Also, will thunderracing PN 07-33-2118 fit the lid?

What adapter? you mean the breather filter?

I think he means the IAT sensor. Facing your car if you lean and look over the back side of the lid there should be a small opening and it plugs in right there.

I'm talking about whatever $15 piece I had to buy when I got the whispe rlid.....

Why do only 01+ need it?

That's the filter that goes in the intake tube for the AIR pump. It's a 3/4" black tube on the driver's side behind the headlight that used to plug into the factory airbox, but now just gets tied back out of the way somewhere with that small filter in it:cool:.
