I'm looking for a exhaust shop that is pretty cheap, yet does good work. I have a used catback that needs welded in a couple spots and need it put on the car. I got price checks at a couple places. One place wanted $125 and Superior Muffler wanted $70. Maybe its just me but that seems fairly expensive to just put on a catback. Or if anyone here has a welder that would put it on for me fairly cheap that would be fine. Thanks for any info.

That sounds about right price wise.

Yeah, i had a friend go to Midas to have his old muffler taken off and a new one put on, they had to weld on a 5" bent tube to his OEM pipe and clamp it to the new muffler and they charged him $80! The origanlly wanted $175 for a cat-back pipe, but he just said to do the muffler.
