The honking!! ahhhhhh!!!Lan01z 11-18-2003, 05:20 PM Help! My stupid alarm is auto arming every time i close the door. I've disconnected the sensor in the trunk, and i've also reset the computer by disconnecting the battery. The stupid thing STILL HONKS. 2 honks every time i get out of the car is driving me crazy. Anybody have ideas on how to stop it, other than kicking it, or taking it to the dealership. :rolleyes: rncotton 11-18-2003, 05:22 PM The manual tells you how to enter programming mode and change this. Lan01z 11-18-2003, 05:51 PM I did that... you take out the radio fuse, switch the key toward you, then hit the car lock/unlock on the door.. it chimes for the number of the security setting... 1 chime, 2 chimes, 3 chimes... still honks, regardless of the security setting.
