Cam and 1.6rr needed

I am looking for a cam and the above mentioned rr for my car. Tell me what you guys have out there. No I do not need the stock cam.

by the way i have springs (986s) and locks and retainers. if you need them.

I think the 306 is a little more cam than I need plus I have heard you need head work for it to work with 1.6rr.

I have a slightly used (500 miles) Hot Cam I am getting ready to pull out.. all you need is some better valve springs and 1.6 RR. $150 OBO
