OK guys...I got hit by a f@#ckin deer driving home from work late this week. He tagged my drivers side front fender and put a hole above the fender well, then I guess he bounced off, swung around and put another hole in my door. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the fender and door. I've got the door lined up at HPSalvage for a pretty good price, same color and everything. I just need to find the fender. The door doesn't look too dificult I'm just concerned about removing and replacing the fender. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated. Thanks

I think the front fender is just bolted in. I would call up some of the online f-body salvage yards for a front bumper then put in on my self and take it in to have the paint matched. Do a search on this site for the f-body salvage yards.
Out of curiousity, the deer hit your car or you hit the deer?

I got t-boned one time. Got the door for $250 and the rear 1/4 for $250. Door I put in my self. Paid $1K for rear 1/4 panel install and painting of it after the install.

on my 3rd gen to get the front quarter off the bumper has to go first
i started from underneath, the rad shroud air dam thing has to come off. was about 8 bolts and 8 plastic push plugs. then there was a bunch of bolts under the hood along the front that had to go. then up the sides of the quarter toward the front that are holding the plastic facia on through the inside of the quarter.
in total it was like 36 bolts, and took me all afternoon.

Thanks for your help. I'm still looking for the front quarter. Ive been lookin at it and it doesn't look too difficult to remove. And yes... the deer ran out into the street and hit me just above the wheel well. :D
