Just a quick little question, how much could you run on a 100,000 mile car? Fuel and ignition are flawless, the motor is still stout as hell...but I was just curious so I won't push her too hard! :) Thanks!

I've shot 250 on my stock bottom end. I have a 200 in there now. 42,000 and no problems yet. I stress yet.

Multiple your mileage by three...so maybe, 100....MAX??

i had a 91 TA with a 305 and 145k miles. with an upgraded fuel pump i sprayed around a 130 shot for a few months and no problems. as long as the fuel/ignition systems are good,100 wont be a problem.

Okay...so I need to upgrade the fuel pump, bigger injectors...and thats it for the fuel? My car is basically clean on the inside...I have trouble with overheats (if you've been reading my other post) and actualy blew my heads one day while racing. No big problem there...also I seriously doubt this but my opti is fine, I have 126,xxx miles on the motor and I'm looking for a "boost" so to speak. I am very sure the opti will keep going strong but once that Nitrous is introduced into the system...its going to go isnt it :) ??

On top of my cam and bolt ons, my car has handle a 175 hp wet hit with race gas and some timing pulled of course.:)
110,000 miles.

Winter projects include adding NX wet kit (100 hp) and appropriate safety/fuel mods to stock bottom end w/ over 209,000 miles. I do have $$$ set aside for the forged rebuild;) "You're never too old to learn, it's never too late to spray" according to an infamous philosopher, fastcamz28.

I have just over 100K, sprayin' a 150 shot with no problems. ;)

Besides the fact that I need a heater to get my times a little better. :D

I sprayed the 200 jets for 3 passes when my motor had 140k on it and no problems here. I wont do it again though until i have another car in the garage.

200? At 140k?? Damn!!!!!! I'm eventually doing a rebuild...not the motor thats in my car but a different one so I can still keep the stock motor. But I want to get the gas now and still be able to use it...so thats why I was curious about the use of nitrous in a high milage Lt1. No sense in buying it now if I can't spray something good!
