What NOS kit do you have? Is it a direct port, plate, single nozzle? And what solenoids are you running do they say Power Shot or what?
I would be happy to help out a fellow NOS user. Trust me when I say this you made the correct choice for nitrous kits!

yep powershot (PN #s 1602 & 1608) :)
and its a single nozzle fogger system

use the search button, type in nitrous jet and make sure it searches the n2o tech forum.
no one knows these jet sizes?

I'm also going to give you a formula to use to determine how to flow check the fuel side of the nitrous kit:
Here is the formula for calculating what flow jet to use on jetmaps that aren't specified here:
Fuel jet Diam. X Fuel jet Diam. X 0.7854 X Number of fuel jets in kit = Total fuel jet area
Total fuel jet area / .7854 = (x)
Sq. Root of (x) = Flow jet diameter
-or-
Fuel jet Diam. X Fuel jet Diam. X Number of fuel jets in kit = (y)
Sq. Root of (y) = Flow jet diameter
This will allow you to get the flowing fuel psi set at the regulator but remember your going to have to get a flow checker to set flowing fuel psi. This little tool will make your nitrous tuneup perform like night and day difference.
This is the Jet map for a NOS EFI single fogger wet kit that I have:
EFI Single Fogger Nozzle Wet
HP Level Nitrous Fuel@42+ psi
70 .042 .026
100 .047 .030
125 .055 .039
Those small solenoids really are rated for 125hp shot using a single nozzle. Anything over that I would not have a clue. I would really be surprised if any more power could actually be obtained because with only using one nozzle and such small solenoid there is only so much nitrous and fuel that can be flowed thru it.
If your using a dedicated fuel system just for the nitrous and it will have its own pump at low psi tuneups then let me know and I will post that jet patterns.
Another tip is always try to have your bottle full of nitrous and maintain a bottle psi around 950 to 1050 psi when on the spray. You will see what I'm talking about. After you make a pass on the bottle pull a spark plug out and if the plug is a brown or dark grey in color drop the fuel psi down .25 less and make another pass. Keep doing this until your plugs are just about almost light ash grey NOT WHITE! LOL! Keep pulling a .25 out of fuel until the plugs get where they have to look and at the point then start by adding timming back in until you mph starts to fall off.
You keep using NOS products and watch your car wipe ass all over the supposed 200hp NX cars and your only spraying 125hp. Like I said all those NX kits offered are junk and don't make anything respectable for power.
Anything else for a fellow NOS user. By the way don't take any advice from these strokes that are running anything but NOS I see what some of these NX super tuners recommend and it no wonder why the car is only running 12's with a 200hp! BECAUSE THERE TUNEUP AND KIT SUCKS!!!!
Good Luck

Jim: I am no nitrous guru, you obviously know more about it than I do. But FWIW my system uses NX components and I have been satisfied with it so far.

i called up holley and heres what they had to say
assuming fuel pressure is 43 psi on a fuel injected motor, you would need...
41N 26F for a 75hp shot
46N 30F for a 100hp shot
53N 33F for a 125hp shot
61N 38F for a 150hp shot

I like NOS allot. If you know how to squeeze a pattern you can take jetting for any given amount (lets say X) and squeeze the system +/- 50 hp with the proper set up. I have never used NX or TNT but NOS has been very forgiving to me. Custom NOS patterns rule!!!
