Yup.. my original Alpine finally stopped working... CDE-7831, 1997...
And it really didn't stop.. just stopped reading CDs... takes like 12 + tries to find a track and then skipps when it plays.. probably just need cleaning/re-aligning, but hey..
I got my 7 years out of it... with this being the first problem...
show's something of quality...
