I recently put a supercharger on my '96 firebird (OBD-I). I drove the car 200 miles without a problem with tuning from Ion, but haven't had a chance to hit a dyno to get actual A:F ratio...
At any rate, my car suddenly started running PIG rich. I limped it home and it died several times along the way. By the time I finished the 3 mile drive home, the plugs were completely fouled.
Today, I replaced the plugs and used a torch to clean the O2 sensors. While changing plugs, I had the battery disconnected (since I once dropped a wrench on the starter and took a shower in sparks), so the "learned" tuning was reset.
I tried to start the car and it was still running WAY rich (had to hold the gas on the floor in order for it to start, and filled the garage with smoke in under 5 seconds). I then hooked the laptop up, and took a recording of what the car was doing using TTS Datamasters. File is located here:

Is it the O2 sensors (they seem to be reading lean when it's totally PIG rich)? I didn't think the PCM used them until in closed loop... The MAF numbers seem fine. I can't think of what could cause this...
