How hard would it be to adapt a slp loudmouth from an ls1 to a 3rd gen setup. I'm running a t-56 in the 3rd gen, as well as 4th gen rearend and driveshaft. It will be mated to slp 1 3/4 headers and y pipe.. Thanks

A muffler shop might be the place to take it, if you can't do some small cutting/welding in your garage. Chris Ja 10-23-2003, 01:40 AM All you have to do is cut the muffler off and weld a straight pipe in. I ran my car that way fro a couple of yeras but it is very loud. I also removed the converter. To much noise fior me. Zepher 10-23-2003, 12:29 PM The only modification would be to the I-Pipe to Cat connection. Everything in the back is the same. I took a Pacesetter catback off of my friends 95 Trans Am and bolted it to my 86 Trans Am. http://www.transamws6.com/pics/transam/pacesetter.jpg http://www.transamws6.com/pics/transam/y-pipe.jpg It sounded awesome as well, http://www.transamws6.com/video/ZepherWS6.mpg | ||
