chattering noise

I have a 94 camaro b4c (aka Z28 with no camaro badges) A4. My question is I have been hearing this chattering noise from under my car around my trany for a while now. It happens when I take off from a stop. It only happens at a certin trottle pos. I have already ruled out the heat sheild. Any help would be great .
