I really like the front, but the B-pillar leaves me cold. Maybe I need to see it from a better angle. Sixer-Bird 10-15-2003, 02:04 PM That thing looks nearly identical to the Ferrari Enzo. I know the old NSX borrowed some Ferrari styling, but it wasn't as extreme as this car. The back end looks a little too busy, and the B pillar seems kinda awkward, but overall not a bad design. Steve0 10-15-2003, 02:06 PM It says Enzo all over it... It atleast looks now as if it would actually deserve a $90,000 sticker price. 95GRNZ 10-15-2003, 02:13 PM Originally posted by Steve0 It says Enzo all over it... Blah... :blah: TS WannaBeZ28 10-15-2003, 03:20 PM Wow.. Honda ripped of ferrari's design cues. Thats pathetic. Honda already has an identity crisis that they need to fix. Why make it worse? centric 10-15-2003, 03:36 PM They should have stolen styling cues off of an ATTRACTIVE Ferrari. And they should have stolen ALL of them. 99SilverSS 10-15-2003, 03:58 PM Looks like Lambo Gallardo and Ferrari 360 Modena and a Enzo all in one. Thats pretty good hope it runs like half of any of the three! number77 10-15-2003, 06:27 PM i don't think there is any way that is the "new nsx" they just made a new generation (2nd i think) morb|d 10-15-2003, 08:37 PM Originally posted by number77 i don't think there is any way that is the "new nsx" they just made a new generation (2nd i think) you must have just traveled back in time because in this time we haven't seen a new NSX until this. if you mean the non-flip up head lights then you have to be kidding. And that, to me equals: :yuck::no: 0toinsanein5.4sec 10-15-2003, 10:38 PM lol to me it looks like a ufo (especially the around the b-pillar), need to see more pictures Magnum Force 10-15-2003, 11:10 PM Will it still have that gutless V-6, or will this model actually break 300HP, while most cars in it's price range are nearing 500? Jilly 10-15-2003, 11:35 PM I wasn't impressed with them before, and am not impressed with them now. :blah: RiceEating5.0 10-16-2003, 12:26 AM That has Enzo all over it. I've warmed up to the enzo's styling and so this actually looks good to me. Hopefully, the power issue will be resolved. It is still supposed to have the V6 which I think is a bad move no matter how you try to rationalize it. Also, I thoght the car wasn't too bad looking in the other post but now that I see more of it, it looks terrible. Jackass 10-16-2003, 09:22 AM The front end looks nice, but the back end ... :barf: number77 10-16-2003, 10:37 AM Originally posted by morb|d you must have just traveled back in time because in this time we haven't seen a new NSX until this. if you mean the non-flip up head lights then you have to be kidding. yea, thats the one i'm talking about. i didn't expect much from honda so i figured that was it RiceEating5.0 10-16-2003, 06:29 PM Originally posted by SNEAKY NEIL It is still supposed to have the V6 which I think is a bad move no matter how you try to rationalize it. Honda doesn't have a production v8, and seems intent on sticking with I-4's and v6's. Honda is a bit tree-huggy and they seem to put a big emphasis on gas mileage, emissions, etc…. Ironic how GM's ls-1/6 gets superior gas mileage when compared to the NSX's 3.2. I think they’ve openly said they’ll stick with 6’s since they think they’ll have no need for an 8. That’ll hurt them though. Two of their flagship cars (RL and NSX) have v-6’s while the competition have v8’s and in the case of the Viper v10’s. They really could use a v8. But I think they might have found a way to keep the 6, and still get the performance an 8. You've heard of the Honda Dual-note concept car right? It's a 400hp hybrid concept with an electric motor up front driving the front wheels and a v6 motor out back driving the rear wheels. It’s supposed to get exceptional gas mileage while having 400 horses on tap. I think the NSX might head in this direction. Will the NSX be the first 400+hp Hybrid supercar? Maybe. It should be interesting. Personally, i'd much rather see a N/A 400hp v8. Meccadeth 10-16-2003, 09:32 PM How do we really know thats the next NSX?? I was checking on Wieck.com, and it says its called the HSC concept. I believe a new NSX is due sometime in 2005. What other Honda could it be? | ||
