Adjustable boost with S/C?

A friend of mine wants to be able to dial back boost on his supercharger so that he can run slower, any way to do this without changing belts/pulleys?

I was thinking wastegate but that's turbo specific.

the only way to do it is to change pulley size. Since it is driven from the crank it will only spin as fast as the pulleys make it spin. A wastegate is just for turbos.
