Looking for a Local Rear-end specialist

I'm looking for a local rear-end specialist to build a 3rd member for my 9-inch project. I'd like for this person to have experience with race equipment, as I want this unit to last. I know Payam has a guy; Jason, I think is his name. (Big P: could you send me his number please?) Are there any others out there that you would recomend?
