maybe in the next year or so i'm looking to but a townhouse. right now i'm saving as much money as i can and hoping that the prices will come down somewhat

Where are you thinking of moving too? I can tell you that I don't know of a single area in NJ where the prices are going DOWN. Let me ask you have you been in to see just how much house you can afford?? I am about 2 hours away from you, but I can put you in touch with a financial service manager in one of our offices down there. He can sit with you for 15-20 min and give you a pre-approved loan that will tell you what you can look for. If you are planning on staying in the area I can then find you a realtor that will take care of you, if you plan on coming up to North Jersey I'd be more then willing to help you out.

i'm staying here in south jersey. i work in delran so i would like to move somewhere close to my job. plus i'm not going to look until sometime in the late spring early summer.
