sounds to me like ur talking about our good friend VHT.....this stuff is basically like glue....spray it on...heat the tires up and they become like a giant spool of flypaper.....try walking around in the burnout box of a well prepped track....u actually stick to the ground....

No, this track is not that Good, in fact is only an old airplane´s track.:yuck: I just get my self a set of used slicks and I´m worried that they won´t hook good.. :shock:
Where can I get some of that VHT? what else can I use ??:confused:
