Looks good! I enjoyed making my own headers. Im thinking of maybe doing a single setup this year for a buddies 4th gen. The mig doesnt look to bad as a finished product, but I wish I had a tig:o Pretty much eliminates any leaks caused by "stop and go" welding. I know I had a few I had to attend to
Curt looks like you might have to take a few pieces off the header in order to get to those tough to reach spots? Did you find welding headers with a mig a pain in the butt, as far as having to stop welding flip the header and continue? Or did you build some sort of clamp to hold the header so you could turn it while you weld?

I hammer a short stub into each port on the flange and put three tack welds to hold it. Tack the header and then when it comes to finishing, grind those tacks off and weld each tube, out of the flange. Obviously, you want to weld as much as you can with it assembled so you get less movement from the heat but thats the general idea. At least one of the middle tubes has to come out to get around all the seams.

Curt,
Where do you get your supplies such as tubes flanges and collectors? Theses are all mild steel correct?

Where did you get your turbo for this setup and how much did it cost?
I'm looking for something like this.
Also, If you're going through the trouble to make both headers, wouldn't it be worthwhile to go ahead and make it a twin turbo, or are the cost of the turbos too much?
One more, How much boost could you generate with this turbo?
Thanks
