this is a question for my boss actually. He has a 97 cube van (box truck) with the, I dont know 350, in it. For a while now his truck will drop out of OD every now and then and not shift back up. And then yesterday the truck wouldnt shift into 3rd it would only go into second and only go 20mph on the speedometer even though he was going faster. 1st gear seems normal and so does second gear. Only the speedometer wont go past 18. Speed sensor possibly. Any guesses?
