You mean sticking with the drag radials, or are slicks allowed in your plan? With ET Streets it's certainly possible.

Yep..It's possible. I do it every day on my street tires. They are Yokohamas. I get minimal spin the whole time in first and about half of second. I dont think its slowing me down any cause I absolutely destroy everyone around here in first gear with a 100 shot. Of course, if you have drag radials or slicks then that will always be better then street tires.

Oops..I forgot to mention that I usually spray at about 2700rpm in first. Maybe you spin the tires alot cause your hitting it while you are already at peak touque...not a bad thing.. http://web.camaross.com/bb/smile.gif

ET Streets or ET Drags should do the trick. http://web.camaross.com/bb/wink.gif

I can hit it in first gear at 2500 rpms - lets just say its interesting http://web.camaross.com/bb/wink.gif

However at the track - I hit it in first gear with the slicks - NO traction problems at all. Just goes!
