Which way is the bottle supposed to be mounted in the car. Should I have the label facing up?

Though not ideal, it can work just fine that way. That being the case through what I said before out the window about sticker up. Look at it this way, Where the Nitrous Line connects to the bottle (Opposite side of the sticker). Point the Bottle outlet at a 45* angle to the bottom corner of your trunk. This will ensure the Siphon tube is covered in N20.....
