Question Do you have to relocate the air temp. sensor if....

......you spray nitrous within the air intake tract/elbow of an LT1? Whether it be a wet-type system before the T.B., which is right next to the temp. sensor, or a dry-type system that sprays before the M.A.F.; my thinking is that with juice you have to retard timing, but with the I.A.T. present in the elbow, once you spray that cold nitrous in the elbow the I.A.T. will think it's cold (because it is) and advance the timing, which is bad for a car on nitrous. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

I have never tested it on a dyno, but I always move the IAT. Most people move them closer to the filter to see the colder air anyhow.
