ECM isnt working right

my car is revvin at 2000 rpms by it self so we hooked it up to the computer and go the read out. the ecm is damaged and needs to be replaced where can i get a new ecm and how much is it going to cost me.

i think you can get one from http://www.speedautomotive.com for around 100 bucks
