3.8L v6 alternator needs replacing. what is the best brand to replace it with?
my alternator died on my 97 3.8L v6 camaro. should i buy a new or refurbished? are their any better quality or other brands of alternators that would work better than the standard AC Delco?

Any alternator with a lifetime warranty.That way if it ever fails you can get it replaced for free.

Edit:I bought a refurbished one from an electrical shop and it came with a lifetime warranty.
