Question about LT1Edit log file data

I noticed that during normal driving the LT_F columns (long term fuel I think?) are at 108 for 95% of the time unless I am trying to accelerate quickly in which case they do change for a short time. Is this normal? The "int" columns seem to change all the time. Are these columns the BLMs? They all seem to switch to 128 under WOT. Any info is appreciated.
