what the hell?

yesterday we when to put the hypertech on the car to program it for the 160 stat. and the computer wouldnt talk back to the hypertech. Then we tryed some of the other programers he had around the shop and we still counlt get it to talk back. Any one have ANY idears?

Do you have any other device, like a ScanMaster connected to the tan signal wire? If you do, the ScanMaster will interfere with any other device you attempt to connect.
