12 Bolt Questions

I just swapped out my 10 bolt for a 12 bolt last weekend. I used the stock driveshaft and the supplied U-joint from Strange. There are two clips left over from the U-joint. They were odd looking clipsthat looked like an outlined U. I had no clue where to put them and the car hasn't had a problem in 40 miles. Were they needed?

Also, I lost the little sticker that Strange sent with the axle with the break-in procedure. Does anyone have one lying around that thye could write down?
