Dexron III ATF, Also i hear a lot of people say they run Honda ATF in there T-5 and T-56 cars.

Honda ATF in or manuals is awesome, I just had my tranny rebuilt, and thats what I had them put in it.

Most cars are just ATF. Some cars and trucks have 80w90 in them.

I got the penzoil synth ATF. there's not much info on the forum about actually changing your own tranny oil.
