Will seats from a newer model Camaro fit in my 68? Does anyone have any pics of this being done?

I have used seats out of a 76 Monza, and I am putting a set of 97 Trans Am seats in my 70. In most cases, you need to use the tracks out of yours, or be prepared to modify the new ones. That is the hardest part, getting the tracks to fit. Most of the newer cars have uneven floors, so the tracks are different lengths and heights. Nothing a welder and saw won't fix! ------------------ Texlurch - 68 Camaro (Just a little ol' LT1 with a Hot Cam, I SWEAR ;) " a little spray never hurt anyone, spank you very much!" or the old standby:"I came here to race, not sell real estate. I encountered only minor modifications. ------------------ 68 Camaro Linginfelter Super Ram 350 10:1 Comp., Trans. 700R4, 12 Bolt Posi. 3:73, Martz Chasis (Coil Overs / Power Rack & Pinion) | ||
