I'm thinking of switching to silicone brake fluid, anybody know if this is this possible without changing the lines and master cylinder? Right now I'm bleeding after every 20 min run!

I would not use it in a race car where brakes need to be 100% all the time lateapex 09-01-2003, 11:38 AM Most car manufacturers say that silicone fluid in not compatible with their ABS systems. I saw it screw up the whole braking system on a new Volvo once, and it had been installed at the dealership, on customer request. It kept squeezing past seals in the master cylinder and ABS pack.
