I need a shop that can do a 5 angle valve job.

Preferably west side, but I'm not picky. Recommendations? price I should expect to pay?

Hey Mike - Dowker Engines in Charlotte could probably do it. They build all sorts of race motors (lot of sprint car stuff). It's just off I-69 so it's on your way to work.
