89 camaro rs with a 305 tbi dies at stop signs

My 89 camaro rs has just had a jasper rebuild put in it and it died several times at stop signs. when stopping the brakes start to get tight and the rpm's drop under 500 and it dies. anyone know what could be wrong?

SAME EXACT problem here. I think it's just idleing to low tho, maybe we should adjust the little wire thingy, that goes to my throttle body, I forget what it's called.

Usually when a car dies during braking it means you have a vacuum leak. The brakes pull vacuum and if another line is leaking the engine will not have enough.
